HOW IT WORKS

  1. We set your goals and priorities
  2. Looking at your results of test exercises I evaluate your level and find your weak and strong sides
  3. Then I create a personal program exactly for your needs and your level
  4. You shoot on video one set of each exercises and send it over to me
  5. Once a week we have a Skype session I analyze your materials and give you recommendations on what to fix if possible If not possible then I make changes in your training plan and we continue
  6. In the end of every month we evaluate your progress and set new goals for the next month. Make changes in your training program if needed and continue the hard work 😉
  7. In the end of every month I will a make payment invoice for a new month, if you decide to renew subscription
