I’ve searched all the web for a comprehensive calisthenics training system for beginners and intermediate athletes and found nothing =( That’s why I decided to make our own course!

What’s inside?

But the most remarkable feature is a very convenient navigation system, because it might have been a challenge to search through these loads of information!

What we’ve done:
Divided exercises in 3 groups: pulling, pushing and core exercise.

Each group includes 4 preparation levels. Based on these exercises you are given the following ways of building your training program :

— To progress in strength;

— To focus on a specific muscles group;

— To work on preparing for a specific calisthenics move.
